I placed an order, can I still make changes to it?
You can contact us at email@example.com to check if changes can still be made to your order. When the order is nog yet packed or shipped, we can still modify your delivery details or add or remove products.
From the moment we shipped your order, it is not possible to change it anymore.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday and will be out for delivery soon after that.
Where can I check the status of my order?
We will send you a confirmation email. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, on business days. As soon as your parce is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tract & trace.
How will my parcel be delivered?
Orders shipped within Belgium will be shipped with bpost. You can have the parcel delivered at your house or work address. It is also possible to collect your order in Torhout. For orders outside Belgium, we use DHL to ship the order.
Can I choose express delivery?
In Belgium, our parcels will be delivered the day after shipping. please note that a delivery on weekend or evenings is not possible.
Can I have a personolized delivery?
Yes, within Torhout, Belgium, we offer a special at home delivery. This comes with an extra (small) fee.
Can my order be shipped outside of Belgium?
Yes, for order outside of Belgium, we offer shipping. This comes with an extra rate. For your custom rate, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My parcel was damaged when I receoved it.
We do our very best to package every parcel with great love & care. In case your order does not arrive in a perfect state, please contact us at email@example.com. We will ask for a clear picture of the damage. For there on, we will help you further.
How can I pay?
We offer Bancontact, iDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express in our webshop.
You can also pay your order with a Oscar's voucher. You can fill out the gift voucher code on the right hand side of the check out page.
I'm not sure about which size to order.

What is the return policy?
At Oscar's, we aim to design and produce quality sustainable apparel for you.
However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your items within 30 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition that you received it. Goods must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in the original packaging. All gift cards, customised products and some health and personal care items are non-refundable.

Can I get an exchange?
To arrange for an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com with your order number. From there on, we will help you further.
When will my return and refund be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a couple of days.
Can I retrun an item that I bought in a sale?
For our sale items slightly different return rules apply. Sale items bought in our web shop can be returned within 14 days after reception.
